Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food Amendment Regulations 1991 and shall come into force for the purpose of regulation 2 on 1st April 1991 and for all other purposes on 9th April 1991.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1988(1).
