Amendment of regulation 2 of the principal Regulations
2. In regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations (interpretation) in the definition of “clinic” for the words from “, the sale” to “Charging) Regulations 1976” there shall be substituted “or an NHS trust (within the meaning of Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990)”(1).
