THE SCHEDULETHE COUNTY COUNCIL OF NORFOLK (A1151 WROXHAM/HOVETON BYPASS, RIVER BURE BRIDGE) SCHEME 1988

The Norfolk County Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) make this Scheme in exercise of their powers under Section 106(3) of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers:—

1.  The Council are authorised to construct over the navigable waters of the Bure river the bridge specified in the Schedule to the Scheme as part of the highway which they are proposing to construct to bypass Wroxham and Hoveton on the A1151 in the said County.

2.  This scheme may be cited as the County Council of Norfok (A1151 Wroxham/Hoveton Bypass, River Bure Bridge) Scheme 1988.

Given under the Common Seal of the Council the 18 October 1988.

THE SCHEDULE TO THE SCHEMEPLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE RIVER BURE BRIDGE

Plans and specifications of the A1151 Wroxham/Hoveton Bypass, River Bure Bridge are contained in Drawing No 8796/B/10C annexed hereto.
