That length of the A50 Trunk Road which extends from a point (measured in a straight line on a horizontal plane) 59 metres west of its junction with Aston Lane at Aston (marked “A” on the deposited plan) to a point 524 metres east of its junction with Breach Lane at Foston (marked “B” on the deposited plan), approximately 1.70 kilometres.

1.  That length of the A50 Trunk Road which extends from a point 524metres east of its junction with Breach Lane at Foston (marked “B” on the deposited plan) to its junction with Woodyard Lane andWatery Lane at Foston (marked “C” on the deposited plan), approximately 954 metres.

2.  That length of the A50 Trunk Road which extends from its junctionwith Woodyard Lane and Watery Lane at Foston (marked “C” on the deposited plan) to its junction with the A516 Trunk Road,the A50 Station Road and Malthouse Lane, at Hatton (marked “D” on the deposited plan), approximately 2.32 kilometres.

Principal Road

3.  That length of the A516 Trunk Road which extends from its junctionwith the A50 Trunk Road, the A50 Station Road and Malthouse Lane atHatton (marked “D” on the deposited plan) to a point 130 metres south-west of itsjunction with Lucas Lane and Willowpit Lane, at Hilton (marked “E” on the deposited plan), approximately 3.71 kilometres.
