SCHEDULE 2DEFINITION OF POST OFFICE POSTCODE AREA

1.(1) In these Regulations “Post Office postcode area” means, except in the cases where sub-paragraphs (2) and (3) apply, that part of Great Britain which is described in the Postcode Atlas of Great Britain and Northern Ireland(1) as being the part identified by the postcode in question.

(2) This sub-paragraph applies to those parts of Great Britain which are described in the relevant postcode maps for that part(2) referred to in Table 1 below and are identified by the postcode in question—
