In exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 8(2) of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991(1), I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991 (Commencement No.3) Order 1992.
2.—(1) 17th December 1992 is the day appointed for the coming into force of subsections (3) and (9) of section 4 of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991.
(2) 20th February 1993 is the day appointed for the coming into force of subsections (1), (2), (4), (5), (6), (7) and (8) of section 4 of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991.

This Order brings into force
(i)on 17th December 1992 subsections (3)
and (9) of section 4 of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991 and;
(ii)on 20th February 1993 the remaining provisions of section 4 of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991.
This Order concludes the bringing into force of the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991.
