SCHEDULE 1

So much of that part of the former Ambergate and Rowsley railway of the Board in the County of Derbyshire described in and authorised by the Manchester, Buxton, Matlock and Midland Junction Railways Act 1846 and 1847(1) and the Midland Railway Act 1899(2) as extends from a point 200 metres south of the former level crossing at Church Road, Darley Dale to the former crossing of footpath No. 52 at Derwent Lane, Northwood, a distance of 1720 metres.
