In exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 20, 21 and 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992(1), the Secretary of State for Education, with the consent of the Governing Body of Queen Elizabeth School, Atherstone and after consulting Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation and the Further Education Funding Council for England, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation) (Dissolution) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1993.
2. On 2nd April 1993 Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation(2) shall be dissolved and all of their property, rights and liabilities shall be transferred to the Governing Body of Queen Elizabeth School, Atherstone (being a body corporate established for purposes which include the provision of educational facilities or services).
3. The Queen Elizabeth Atherstone Further Education Corporation Order 1992(3) is revoked.

This Order dissolves the further education corporation established to conduct Queen Elizabeth Upper Atherstone Grant-Maintained School on 2nd April 1993. It provides that the property, rights and liabilities of the college transfer to the Governing Body of Queen Elizabeth School, Atherstone.
