The Railway Pensions (Protection and Designation of Schemes) Order 1994

Whereas a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 143(3) and (4) of, and paragraphs 1(1), 5(b)(iii), 6(1), (2), (4)(b), (6), (8) and (9), 7(1) and (3) and 8(1), (2)(b)(iii), and (6) to (11) of Schedule 11 to, the Railways Act 1993(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
