(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations provide for the payment of compensation, calculated by reference to their pay and London allowance, to inspectors, chief inspectors, superintendents and chief superintendents leaving the metropolitan police force voluntarily during the 12 months ending with 31st March 1995 with at least 30 years' service and aged less than 54.
