The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred on them by section 57 of the Representation of the People Act 1983(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 1994 and shall come into force on 1st October 1994.
(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
2.—(1) The Court of three judges for hearing registration appeals under section of 57 of the Representation of the People Act 1983 shall be the Honourable Lord Morison, the Right Honourable the Lord Morton of Shuna and the Honourable Lord Sutherland.
(2) The Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 1990(2) is revoked.
