3. In the right–hand column of Schedule 1 (application with modifications of provisions of the Representation of the People Acts) to the European Parliamentary Elections Regulations 1986, in subsection (2) of section 76 (limitation of election expenses) of the Representation of the People Act 1983(1), as substituted, for the words “£10,000” and “4.3p”(2), there shall be substituted the words “£13,175” and “5.7p”, respectively.
