The area of sea off the east coast of Scotland below mean high water springs enclosed by a line extending from a point at 57° 41.86'N latitude and 002°.0'W longitude in a northerly direction to a point at 57° 45'N latitude and 002°.0'W longitude, then in an easterly direction to a point at 57° 45'N latitude and 001°.0'W longitude, then in a southerly direction to a point at 56° 30'N latitude and 001°.0'W longitude then in a westerly direction to a point on the east coast of Scotland at 56° 30'N latitude and 02° 41.32'W longitude.
