Disapplication of section 6 to certain cases
15. Section 6 of the Act shall not apply in the case of a contributory derivative pension—
(a)which became eligible for the first time to receive supplement by virtue of section 11(2)(c) of the Act; or
(b)to which section 12 of the Act applies.
