The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food being a Minister designated(1) for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(2) in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, acting in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by that section, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
Title, extent and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Habitat (Salt-Marsh) (Correction to Amendment) Regulations 1995, shall extend to England and shall come into force on 30th November 1995.
Correction to the Habitat (Salt-Marsh) (Amendment) Regulations 1995
2. In regulation 3 of the Habitat (Salt-Marsh) (Amendment) Regulations 1995(3), for “Regulations 4 to 7”substitute “regulations 4 to 9”.

Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations correct an error in the Habitat (Salt-Marsh) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/2871). In regulation 3 of those Regulations, the reference to regulations 4 to 7 (amending the Habitat (Salt-Marsh) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/1293)) should be a reference to regulations 4 to 9. These Regulations will come into force at the same time as S.I. 1995/2871 on 30th November 1995.
