The Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14A(3) of the Building Societies Act 1986(1), hereby makes the following Order:

1986 c. 53, section 14A was inserted by section 17(1) of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (c. 40).
