In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 5(6) and (7), 6(8)(a), (c) to (g) and (10), 12(3) of and paragraph 3(a) and (b) of Schedule 4 to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1) the Secretary of State for Education and Employment hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1995 c. 50. For the meaning of “prescribed” and of “regulations” see section 68. Paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 is modified (where premises are occupied under a sublease or subtenancy) by S.I. 1996/1333.
