The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 75 and 102 of, and paragraphs 4 and 6 of Part III of Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
1982 c. 16; subsection (1A) of section 75 was inserted by the Civil Aviation Act (Investigation of Accidents) Regulations 1996 (S.I. 1996/76).
