The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Experimental (No.2) Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1997, and shall come into force on 25th June 1997.
2. The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Experimental (No.2) Traffic Order 1997(3) is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In Schedule 3B item 11 is substituted as follows:
“Finchley Road, north-east side, between a point 3.0 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Frognal Court and a point 14.0 metres south east of the said kerbline.”
4. In Schedule 4 item 14 is substituted as follows:
“Finchley Road, north-east side, between a point 26.0 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Frognal Court and a point 3.0 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Frognal Court.”
5. In Schedule 4 item 15 is substituted as follows:
“Finchley Road, north-east side, between a point 14.0 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Frognal Court and a point 2.0 metres north-west of the north-western boundary of No. 134 Finchley Road.”
