4. In Schedules 2 and 5 to the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) Rules 1992(1) (persons to be served with notices and copies of applications), for “Secretary of State for National Heritage” there shall be substituted “Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport”.
