| 1. | Gray’s Inn Road, the north-east side, from the party wall of The Royal Throat Nose and Ear Hospital and 328 Gray’s Inn Road north-westward for a distance of 20 metres. |
| 2. | Gray’s Inn Road, the south-west side, from a point 12 metres north-west of the common boundary of 259 and 261 to 265 Gray’s Inn Road north-westward for a distance of 18 metres. |
| 3. | Gray’s Inn Road, the north and north-east side, from a point 4 metres west of the party wall of 368 and 370 Gray’s Inn Road eastward for a distance of 16.5 metres. |
| 4. | Gray’s Inn Road, the north and north-east side, from the party wall of The Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital and 328 Gray’s Inn Road south-eastward for a distance of 15 metres. |
| 5. | Gray’s Inn Road, the south side, from the party wall of 325 and 327 Gray’s Inn Road eastward for a distance of 20 metres. |
