The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2(1) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–
1. This Order may be cited as the Welsh Development Agency (Membership) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st November 1998.
2. In this Order, references to “the Agency” are to the Welsh Development Agency.
3. The maximum number of members of the Agency (other than the Chairman and Deputy Chairman) shall be 13.

This Order increases the maximum number of members of the Welsh Development Agency (other than the chairman and deputy chairman) to 13.
