The Education (Code of Practice on LEA – School Relations) (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 1999

18th June 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 85(5) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998(1) the Secretary of State for Wales hereby makes the following Order:–
(1)
1998 c. 31. Section 85(5) applies to Codes of Practice under section 127 by virtue of section 127(3).
