5. A4 from the boundary of London to the north east side of its junctions with Park Lane excluding that part of the A4 spur known as Concorde Roundabout at the termination of the M4 spur and the unnamed slip road linking the M4 junction 4a to the junction of Bath Road (A4) and Sipson Road between its junction with Bath Road and Sipson Road and the first unnamed western access road to the Excelsior Hotel, Bath Road but including—
(a)Duke of Wellington Place;
(b)Grosvenor Place from its junction with Hyde Park Corner to the south east side of its junction with Duke of Wellington Place; and
(c)Hyde Park Corner.
