Amendment of regulation 46 of the principal Regulations
7. In regulation 46(1) of the principal Regulations (collection and recovery of earnings-related contributions, Class 1A contributions and Class 1B contributions) for the words “Subject to the provisions of the next succeeding regulation” there shall be substituted the words “Subject to the provisions of regulations 46A and 47 of these Regulations”.

Regulation 46 was amended by S.R. 1992 No. 41, regulation 5(b), and 1999 No. 117, regulation 7.
