The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 16(1), (4) and (6), 17(3) and (5), 28G(2), 51 and 52(1) and (4) of the Child Support Act 1991(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(2), hereby makes the following Regulations:
1991 c. 48. Section 28G was substituted by section 7 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (c. 19). Sections 16, 17 and 51 were amended by sections 8 and 9 of, and paragraph 11(19) of Schedule 3 to, that Act.
