Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the provisionswhich are specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
