Whereas the Secretary of State has given to the Civil Aviation Authority a Direction under section 57 of the Transport Act 2000(1) requiring that Authority to release National Air Traffic Services Limited from liability in respect of debts which that company owes to that Authority and which are specified in that Direction;
And whereas that Authority has a liability to the Secretary of State in respect of debts corresponding to those specified in that Direction;
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 57(5) of the Transport Act 2000 hereby makes the following Order:
