78. In regulation 4 of the National Health Service (Pilot Schemes: Miscellaneous Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Regulations 1998 (pilot patients for whom health authorities and health boards must make arrangements for the provision of general medical services)(1)—
(a)in paragraph (1), after “authority” there is inserted “or, in England, a Primary Care Trust”; and
(b)in paragraph (2)(b), after “authority” there is inserted “or, in England, the Primary Care Trust”.
