37. In regulation 1 of the Medicines (Sale or Supply) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1980 (citation, commencement and interpretation)(1), in paragraph (2)(a), in the definition of “Health Authority”, for paragraph (a) there is substituted—
“(a)in relation to England, means a Strategic Health Authority established under section 8 of the National Health Service Act 1977;
(aa)in relation to Wales, means a Health Authority established under section 8 of that Act;”.
