The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 30B(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1997(1), makes the following Regulations:

1997 c. 25. Section 30B was inserted by section 83(1) of the Access to Justice Act 1999 (c. 22).
