The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 9 of the Great Seal (Offices) Act 1874(1), and with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order:—

1874 c. 81. Section 9 was amended by section 1 of and the Schedule to the Statute Law Revision Act 1883 (c. 39), and by section 1(1) of and Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1995 (c. 44).
