The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 83ZK and 225(4) of the Army Act 1955(1), sections 83ZK and 223(4) of the Air Force Act 1955(2), sections 52FQ and 135(4) of the Naval Discipline Act 1957(3), and sections 20 and 35(4) of the Armed Forces Act 2001(4), hereby makes the following Order:
1955 c. 18; sections 83ZA to 83ZL were inserted by sections 14 to 24 of the Armed Forces Discipline Act 2000 (c. 4) (“the 2000 Act”).
1955 c. 19; sections 83ZA to 83ZL were inserted by sections 14 to 24 of the 2000 Act.
1957 c. 53; sections 52FF to 52FR were inserted by sections 14 to 24 of the 2000 Act.
2001 c. 19 (“the 2001 Act”).
