8. In paragraph 4(2)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1996 (1) (powers to remove directors, trustees etc. of registered social landlords) at the end insert “or disqualification undertaking under the Companies Directors Disqualification (Northern Ireland) Order 2002”.
Paragraph 4(2)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Housing Act 1996 (c. 52) was amended by paragraph 21 in Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 2000.
