The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 26(2C) and 104(4) of the Children Act 1989(1), makes the following Regulations:
1989 c. 41; section 26(2C) was inserted by section 118 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (c. 38).
