The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 11 of the National Debt Act 1972(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
1972 c. 65. Power to make Regulations under section 11 is extended by section 325 of the Finance Act 2004 (c. 12) to permit the repeal of any provision contained in section 54 of, or Schedule 18 to, the Finance Act 1968 (c. 44).
