The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 254(3) and (4) M1, 258 and 259 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 M2, makes the following Order:

Marginal Citations

M1Subsection (3) of section 254 applies in accordance with subsection (2); and subsection (4) applies section 175(3), (5) and (6) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4), disregarding the exceptions in subsections (3) and (5), to the exercise of the power under section 259 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (c. 33).
