6. The following provisions of the Act come into force on 2nd May 2006 immediately after the coming into force of sections 47–50 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000(1)—
section 66;
section 67;
section 68;
section 69;
section 70;
section 71;
section 105(2) and the following entries in Schedule 12—
the entry relating to the Road Traffic Act 1988 (c. 52);
in the entry relating to the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (c. 37), the repeal of paragraphs 6 and 7 of Schedule 7.
2000 c. 37. Those sections are brought into force on 2nd May 2006 by the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Commencement No. 11 and Savings) Order 2006.
