60.—(1) Operating conditions
(a)Range
Dimensions within the range specified by the manufacturer for the instrument.
(b)Minimum dimension
The lower limit of the minimum dimension for all values of the scale interval is given in Table 23.

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications.
