1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Protection Products (Amendment) Regulations 2006.
(2) In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the Plant Protection Products Regulations 2005(1).
(3) Subject to paragraph (4) to (9), these Regulations shall come into force on 1st June 2006.
(4) Regulation 4 shall come into force on 1st September 2006.
(5) Regulation 5 shall come into force on 1st October 2006.
(6) Regulation 6 shall come into force on 1st November 2006.
(7) Regulation 7 shall come into force on 1st January 2007.
(8) Regulation 8 shall come into force on 1st February 2007.
(9) Regulation 9 shall come into force on 1st April 2007.
2. The Principal Regulations are amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 9.
3. At the end of Schedule 1, insert in the respective columns indicated the entry set out in Part 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations.
4. At the end of Schedule 1, insert in the respective columns indicated the entries set out in Part 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations.
5. At the end of Schedule 1, insert in the respective columns indicated the entries set out in Part 3 of the Schedule to these Regulations.
6. At the end of Schedule 1, insert in the respective columns indicated the entry set out in Part 4 of the Schedule to these Regulations.
7. At the end of Schedule 1, insert in the respective columns indicated the entries set out in Part 5 of the Schedule to these Regulations.
8. At the end of Schedule 1, insert in the respective columns indicated the entry set out in Part 6 of the Schedule to these Regulations.
9. At the end of Schedule 1, insert in the respective columns indicated the entries set out in Part 7 of the Schedule to these Regulations.
