The Lord Chancellor after consulting the Lord Chief Justice makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Part 1 of Schedule 11 of the Children Act 1989(1).
1989 c. 41. Paragraph 4, part 1 of Schedule 11 is amended by the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, s 15(1), Schedule 4, Pt 1, paragraphs 203, 210(1), (2)(c.4).
