SCHEDULE 1 Consequential amendments

Part 1 Amendments of Primary Legislation

Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992

1.  In Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(1), in the column headed “Tribunal and statutory authority”, in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 1, for “Schedule 11 to” there shall be substituted “section 84 of”.

Part 2 Amendments of Subordinate Legislation

Agricultural Holdings (Arbitration on Notices) Order 1987

2.  In Articles 10(b) and 12(a) of the Agricultural Holdings (Arbitration on Notices) Order 1987(2), for the words “paragraph 1 of Schedule 11 to” there shall be substituted “section 84(2) of”.

Agricultural Holdings (Fee) Regulations 1996

3.  In regulation 2(b) of the Agricultural Holdings (Fee) Regulations 1996(3), for the words “paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 11 to” there shall be substituted “section 84(2) of”.

Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 2005

4.  In paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 1 to the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 2005(4), for the words “paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 11 to” there shall be substituted “section 84(4) of”.

Dairy Produce Quotas (Wales) Regulations 2005

5.  In paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 1 to the Dairy Produce Quotas (Wales) Regulations 2005(5), for the words “paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 11 to” there shall be substituted “section 84(4) of”.
