The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(3) of the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006(1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006.
2. Section 21 (arms decommissioning: extension of amnesty period) of the Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 shall come into force on 10th December 2006.
