6. For sub-paragraph (b) of regulation 8(2) of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005(1)(funeral payments: supplementary) substitute—
“(b)a qualifying young person within the meaning of section 142 of the Act (child and qualifying young person)(2);”.
Section 142 was substituted by section 1(2) of the Child Benefit Act 2005 (c. 6).
