Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(1)(c) and (e) and 28(1)(b) of the Representation of the People Act 1983(1).
In accordance with section 7(1) and (2)(c) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000(2), he has consulted the Electoral Commission.

1983 c.2. Section 24(1)(c) was amended by paragraph 68(3) of Schedule 16 to the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 (c.19). Section 24(1)(e) was amended by S.I. 2002/1057. Section 28(1)(b) was amended by paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to the Representation of the People Act 1985 (c.50).
