The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 5 of Schedule 5 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998(1), sections 19, 20, 24 and 34 of the Education Act 2002(2), and sections 7, 9, 10, 15, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 31, 181 and 183 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Education and Inspections Act 2006(3), makes the following Regulations.
The Secretary of State has consulted the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council about the provisions contained in regulation 34 of the following Regulations as required by paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007(4).
