The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 109 and 114 of, and paragraph 4(3) of Schedule 5 to, the Land Registration Act 2002(1), with the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee under section 127(1) of that Act and after consultation with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(2).
1992 c.53. Section 8 is repealed by paragraph 27 of Schedule 8 and Part 1 of Schedule 23 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c.15) from a date to be appointed.
