5.—(1) In section 188(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986(1)—

(a)after “order for goods” insert “or services”, and

(b)omit “being a document on or in which the name of the company appears,”.

(2) In Article 159(1)(a) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989(2)

(a)after “order for goods” insert “or services”, and

(b)omit “being a document on or in which the name of the company appears,”.
