The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 165B of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (1), makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 195(2)(2) of that Act, she has consulted with such representative organisations as she thinks fit.
1988 c. 52. Section 165B was inserted into the Road Traffic Act 1988 by section 152 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15).
There are amendments to section 195(2) not relevant to these Regulations.
