The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52, 210(7) and 214 of the Education Act 2002(1).
In accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(2), he has consulted with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
